Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Strong knowledge of the EYLF/NQS Requirements: Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Australian Childcare Experience with full working rights (no working restrictions) - this is a FULL TIME position. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
